My stay at Eau was nothing short of magical. The staff truly seemed to care, making me feel special throughout my visit. The live music added a unique flair to our dining experiences that I didn't expect but absolutely loved. The room we had was lovely, although it showed some wear. Overall, the value for a luxurious experience was definitely there, despite a few minor aspects that could be improved upon.

However, while the hotel is beautiful, my room had a very sterile look which could be improved. Overall, it's a fantastic place, but there’s room for enhancement in the room decor.
